Located in Park City, Utah, 11 Hauz is a 1,067-square-foot restaurant designed to capture the vibrant character and welcoming spirit of authentic Jamaican cuisine. The compact space combines bold colors, rustic materials, eclectic furnishings, and tropical-inspired details to create a lively and memorable dining environment. Thoughtful use of texture, lighting, and handcrafted accents gives the restaurant a distinctive identity while maintaining an intimate, comfortable atmosphere that reflects the family-centered story behind 11 Hauz.

Located in West Valley City, Utah, this 3,062-square-foot Bout Time Pub & Grub project creates a welcoming and recognizable destination within its commercial setting. The design combines warm exterior finishes, brick accents, bold storefront elements, and an outdoor patio area to establish a strong street presence while supporting the restaurant’s casual, energetic atmosphere. The result is a functional and approachable space that reflects the identity of the Bout Time brand.

Normal Ice Cream is a 1,945-square-foot retail and production space located in Salt Lake City, Utah. Originally growing from a mobile soft-serve truck, the brand’s first brick-and-mortar location provided a permanent home for its playful approach to ice cream while expanding its kitchen, production, and customer-facing capabilities. The project creates a distinctive and energetic environment that reflects Normal’s unconventional identity while supporting the functional needs of its growing operation.

Ginger Street is a 2,723-square-foot restaurant project located in Salt Lake City, Utah. The project was designed to create a vibrant and welcoming dining environment that supports the restaurant’s unique identity while providing an efficient and functional layout. Thoughtful attention to materials, spatial organization, and the overall guest experience helped transform the space into a distinctive destination that complements Ginger Street’s energetic atmosphere.
