This 2,516-square-foot Starbucks in Meridian, Idaho, was designed to create a clean, contemporary retail environment that reflects the brand’s recognizable identity while responding to its commercial setting. The exterior features a restrained material palette, strong vertical lines, expansive storefront glazing, and prominent signage that give the building a modern and approachable presence. Large windows bring natural light into the interior and strengthen the connection between the café and the surrounding site, while the outdoor seating area expands the customer experience beyond the building. The project balances functionality, visibility, and a refined architectural character within a compact footprint.

This 3,500-square-foot IHOP in Payson, Utah, was designed to deliver a recognizable brand experience while giving the restaurant a strong architectural presence within its commercial setting. The exterior combines stone masonry, contrasting siding, prominent gabled forms, and IHOP’s signature blue accents to create a welcoming and highly visible façade. Large storefront windows bring natural light into the dining space, while the clearly defined entrance and varied material palette add depth and character to the building.

In addition to the Payson location, our firm has completed IHOP projects throughout Utah, including locations in Salt Lake City, Midvale, and Draper, demonstrating an ongoing relationship with the brand and experience adapting its identity to a variety of sites and communities.

These 5,800-square-foot Burger King locations in St. George and Washington, Utah, were designed to combine the brand’s recognizable identity with an architectural character suited to Southern Utah. The exterior incorporates warm stone and masonry, clean stucco surfaces, contemporary metal canopies, and bold red accents to create a strong and inviting presence. Large storefront windows introduce natural light into the dining areas, while prominent towers and signage improve visibility and help define the entrances.

These approximately 2,500-square-foot Swig locations were designed to translate the brand’s energetic and recognizable identity into a variety of architectural settings while maintaining a consistent customer experience. Each project emphasizes strong visibility, efficient circulation, and a clean contemporary aesthetic through bold signage, contrasting materials, large storefront openings, and carefully integrated lighting.

Located in Riverton, Utah, Toastique is a 1,931-square-foot café designed to reflect the brand’s fresh, health-focused approach to fast-casual dining. Toastique specializes in gourmet toasts, smoothie bowls, cold-pressed juices, coffee, and other nutrient-focused offerings made with quality ingredients. The interior pairs warm wood millwork with crisp white finishes, polished concrete floors, greenery, and contemporary lighting to create a bright and welcoming atmosphere. Thoughtful seating arrangements and an efficient service counter support both relaxed dining and convenient grab-and-go service while maintaining a clean, modern identity.

Located in Orem, Utah, Boba Luv is a 1,045-square-foot bubble tea shop designed to create a bright, modern, and welcoming atmosphere that reflects the playful personality of the brand. The interior combines clean white finishes, black accents, warm wood-look flooring, and a vibrant greenery feature wall to give the compact space a distinctive identity. Contemporary lighting, comfortable seating, and bold branded elements create an energetic environment for customers to gather and enjoy Boba Luv’s customizable drinks and specialty offerings.

The project combines a bold, recognizable storefront with warm wood-look cladding, stone accents, dark metal detailing, and prominent signage to create a strong presence within its commercial setting. The compact restaurant is designed to support an efficient dining and takeout experience while reinforcing Sergio’s long-standing focus on traditional New York-style pizza and a casual, approachable atmosphere.
