Vivo offfices are class A office spaces where one can rent a single office or multiple rooms and have access to all the amenities, conference rooms and even a receptionist. There are multiple locations and each one has a unique feel and layout.

This two story home with a walk out baseemnt is ideal for a mountain lake community. Willow Lakes Resort featurs a private waterski lake. The roof topdeck and patio create amazing spaces to enjoy the natrual suroundings.

BIM Ceiling by coordinating with all engineers that had items above or in ceiling.

A custom, 2-story home with a basement with an attached indoor swimming pool. The pool is approximately 1000 sq feet and includes a hot tub and diving board. The home includes 8 bedrooms (with storage space that can be converted into an additional 9th bedroom), 7 bathrooms, a basement mother-in-law apartment, a large 4-car garage, and an ADU/private office space over the garage.

This builng was desing to maxamize flexibilty with each bah comprising of a garage door and a storefront on the front and back of the builng. Tenants take multiple units and re-configure the doors and storefront according to their needs. With the added archtiecrual features, it doesnt look like your typical metal builing

Lmnt was responsible for modeling to 1/4″ tollerance and coordianteing all accoustical and metal panel ceilings throught the airport. After modeling was completed, detailed coordiation was done with all other trades to avoid costly construcinogn changes.

Hearthstone Manor is an addition project focused on expanding the existing residential facility while maintaining a cohesive relationship with the original building. The manor originally contained 21 bedrooms, and the proposed addition increased its capacity to a total of 34 bedrooms.

Elk Ridge Assisted Living is an expansion project that increased the facility from 9,356 square feet to 15,865 square feet, adding a total of 6,509 square feet of new space.
