Scandi Clubhouse
This Ivory Homes project in Lehi, Utah, was designed as a community-focused residential amenity that extends beyond the architecture of the clubhouse itself. The building uses a contemporary residential language with steep gabled roof forms, dark masonry, warm wood accents, and large openings, allowing it to fit naturally within the surrounding neighborhood.
The site is organized around a central outdoor recreation area featuring a swimming pool, lounge and gathering spaces, shaded seating, landscaped courtyards, and a children’s play area. Pedestrian paths connect the clubhouse and amenities while landscaped buffers help define the different activity zones and create a comfortable sense of enclosure. Together, the clubhouse and site design provide a welcoming social hub that supports recreation, relaxation, and interaction within the Ivory Homes community.
