The design draws inspiration from traditional rowhouse architecture, combining a strong, unified building form with carefully articulated individual residences. A refined palette of soft gray stucco, white trim, dark roofing, and subtle siding accents gives the development a timeless character while maintaining a clean, contemporary presence.
