Heber Warehouse
This builng was desing to maxamize flexibilty with each bah comprising of a garage door and a storefront on the front and back of the builng. Tenants take multiple units and re-configure the doors and storefront according to their needs. With the added archtiecrual features, it doesnt look like your typical metal builing
Q90 Office
This award winning office was located on the old post office that burned down. We wanted to connect the past with the present by using historic brick detailing and a modern style podium with clean lines. The structure was steel post and beam with a concrete floor and metal floor joists. It won the masonry building of the year.

Smith Cabin
A custom cabin with 8 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a basement ADU with it’s own personal entrance, and amble rear deck space for unobstructed views.
Parleys View
This luxury custom home in includes 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, an office, a 2-story living space, a butler’s pantry, family and game rooms, a 3-car garage, a walk-out basement and a private-entry ADU above the garage. The exterior design can be redone in a number of different styles.

A custom, 2-story home with a basement with an attached indoor swimming pool. The pool is approximately 1000 sq feet and includes a hot tub and diving board.
