Originally growing from a mobile soft-serve truck, the brand’s first brick-and-mortar location provided a permanent home for its playful approach to ice cream while expanding its kitchen, production, and customer-facing capabilities. The project creates a distinctive and energetic environment that reflects Normal’s unconventional identity while supporting the functional needs of its growing operation.
